Our facility
History
Baseball Directive was founded in 2017 by Coach Ed Schlueter, a former collegiate pitcher and coach. It began with a simple goal: help athletes train with purpose and improve through repeatable habits. As the program grew, it leaned into technology and a test-and-retest coaching style to make progress easier to see and sustain.
